Job Summary: Operate and monitor the extrusion process, adjusting equipment, controlling product quality, and performing basic maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and adjust extrusion and vacuum systems 2. Monitor the quality and performance of the extruded product 3. Perform basic maintenance and organize the department Extruder Operator \- Operate the vacuum system during liquid addition. • Adjust dies, cutters, and perform die changes. • Control the product dryer and the product level in storage tanks. • Regulate temperature, pressure, humidity, feed rate, and speed. * Monitor extrusion process performance and make necessary adjustments. • Monitor granulometry, texture, density, and expansion of the produced feed. • Conduct visual inspections and collect samples for quality control. • Record production data, raw material consumption, and operational incidents. * Feed the production line with raw materials and supplies. • Identify and report deviations in the production process and equipment failures. • Support the maintenance team during scheduled shutdowns, technical cleaning, and basic mechanical adjustments. • Perform cleaning and organization of the department. * Collaborate with the receiving, mixing, and bagging departments.
