Job Summary: Multidisciplinary technical maintenance professional focused on events, civil maintenance, HVAC, hydraulics, electricity, and automation, as well as customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and guidance for internal and external customers and suppliers. 2. Collaboration in teams to formulate, develop, and execute projects. 3. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance across various technical areas. Education Completed elementary education plus a course in Electricity, Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechanics, Hydraulics, or Pneumatics, according to the area of operation; OR completed secondary-level technical education applicable to the area of operation. Experience **Preferred:** Installation and routine preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning equipment. Knowledge **Preferred courses:** Basic Electricity, Electromechanics, NR10, or NR35\. Responsibilities Provide service and guidance to internal and external customers and suppliers. Participate, as a team member, in the formulation, development, and execution of plans and projects within one’s area of operation and/or integrated projects. Manage inventory of materials in one’s area. Identify problems and propose improvement solutions. Additionally: In the External Events area: Perform technical support activities for events, including setup, maintenance, and teardown of audio, video, lighting, scenery, equipment, electrical systems, and technical site visits. In the Maintenance/Equipment/Maintenance – Shared Services Center area: Perform technical preventive and corrective civil maintenance activities: repairs and restoration of masonry and furniture, interior and exterior painting, maintenance of roofing elements, per current procedures. Perform technical preventive and corrective maintenance activities for HVAC systems: identification, recording, and registration; assembly and disassembly; inspections, cleaning of filters and casings, and adjustments, per current procedures. Perform technical preventive and corrective maintenance activities for hydraulic networks: repair of plumbing fixtures, maintenance of stormwater drainage equipment, per current procedures. Perform technical preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical networks, such as replacement of lamps, luminaires, photocells, outlets, switches, electronic gates, and electrical circuits, per current procedures. Perform technical preventive and corrective maintenance activities for automation systems, telecommunications networks, equipment, mobile units, speech-language pathology booths, and dental offices, per current procedures.
