**Job Description:** ---------------------- Receive, inspect, and record materials and supplies according to purchase orders, invoices, and internal procedures. Organize, identify, and store items according to their designated locations in the system, ensuring inventory integrity and control. Pick components and prepare kits according to production orders, ensuring timely availability. Issue purchase orders, labels, and shipping orders per established procedures. Perform product assembly, disassembly, and repairs according to specifications. Select tools and supplies, interpret technical drawings, and carry out tool changes and adjustments. Analyze parts and optimize production sequencing to ensure quality and technical compliance. Package products, ensuring integrity, identification, and proper presentation. Organize and inspect materials for shipment, meeting deadlines and following procedures. Record and log data in documents and systems per internal standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, contributing to continuous improvement. Prepare materials, tools, and fixtures for feeding CNC machines. Support CNC setup technicians and operators during part, tool, and setup changes. Transport and identify parts between machining stages. Operate equipment (e.g., saws, drills, threaders, grinders, etc.) to ensure part quality. Interpret technical drawings and production sheets. Verify dimensions using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.). Operate CNC machines under supervision or on an occasional substitute basis.
