Your responsibilities will include: * Executing and controlling monthly accounting closing routines, ensuring adherence to deadlines and information quality. * Performing balance sheet and income statement reconciliations, analyzing and justifying variances. * Analyzing accounting provisions and ensuring their proper recording per applicable standards. * Supporting the preparation of financial statements in accordance with BR GAAP and IFRS. * Responding to internal and external audits by providing documentation and technical clarifications. * Analyzing and monitoring fixed asset controls, depreciation, and inventories, where applicable. * Preparing management reports and accounting analyses to support decision-making. * Applying technical expertise to analyze processes and propose improvements and optimizations. * Implementing accounting department procedures and work plans. * Monitoring and ensuring compliance with group accounting policies. * Ensuring compliance with legislation, internal norms, and corporate policies. * Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of accounting processes. * Safeguarding the integrity of accounting information and the security of company assets. **Requirements** -------------- **What We Seek** * **Bachelor's degree in Accounting** * Minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in accounting, including hands-on monthly closing. **Technical Knowledge:** * CPC and IFRS * Accounting reconciliations * Provisions and analysis of balance sheet accounts * Financial statements * Intermediate/advanced Excel * ERP (SAP preferred) * Active or pending CRC registration **Interested in this position?** --------------------------- Apply now and take the next step in your career! ### **Job Details** Code 124956 Area Accounting Location Caxias do Sul \- RS Work Model Permanent \- On-site Application Deadline 10/04/2026
