Join our network too! #vemprarede Responsibilities and duties: * Contact and negotiate with delinquent customers via phone calls; * Enter into the system the call status, summary of the conversation with the delinquent customer, and agreed-upon debt payment terms; * Confirm and update the registered data of delinquent customers; * Carry out customer service procedures in accordance with quality guidelines; * Conduct searches on search engines. Requirements and qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in collections, telemarketing, or telephone customer service is desirable; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (IT); * Working hours: Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Medical and dental assistance * Flexible Benefit: Meal or Food Allowance (VR or VA) * Performance-based bonus * On-site cafeteria and snack bar * Transportation allowance (VT)
