Join our network too! #vemprarede Responsibilities and duties: * Contact and negotiate with delinquent customers via phone calls; * Enter into the system the call status, summary of the conversation with the delinquent customer, and agreed-upon debt payment terms; * Confirm and update the registered data of delinquent customers; * Carry out customer service procedures in accordance with quality guidelines; * Conduct searches on search engines.
