At this point, Zelh is looking for a motivated **Logistics Sales Representative** to join our growing team and help expand our client’s logistics platform. In this role, you’ll focus on building relationships with **trucking fleets, carriers, and CDL schools/drivers**, guiding them through onboarding and helping them benefit from the company’s innovative platform. This is an **outbound\-heavy sales position**, ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in **logistics, recruiting, or transportation**. #### **Key Responsibilities:** * Proactively reach out to fleets, carriers, and CDL schools/drivers via **phone, email, and LinkedIn** to onboard them onto the platform. * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to drive long\-term partnerships. * Manage and update all outreach activity within the company’s **CRM system**. * Collaborate with the internal Joova team (6 people) to ensure smooth onboarding and lead management. * Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs. #### **Tools \& Support Provided:** * Access to **ZoomInfo** and **Apollo** (for lead generation and outreach). * Pre\-built **leads list** for outreach. * **CRM access** and support from the internal Joova team. #### **Performance Metrics (KPIs):** * 100\+ fleet contacts per week * 10–15 new fleets onboarded per week * 20\+ job posts per week * 25–40 new driver registrations per week * 250\+ calls and 10 demos per week * Strong background in **inside sales, cold calling/outbound calls, or prospecting** (transportation/logistics industry experience preferred). * Previous experience or strong familiarity with **logistics, or transportation** industries. * Excellent communication and relationship\-building skills. * Self\-motivated, goal\-oriented, and comfortable with outbound sales activity. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency with CRM systems and outreach tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn). **Working** **conditions**: * Working schedule: Monday\-Friday, 8:00 AM \- 5:00 PM PST * Competitive Salary in USD * Remote mode of work * 10\+ business days of paid time off * Team building and corporate events * Equipment provided * A supportive team * Remote eligibility Join our team and become an integral part of our mission to provide reliable and efficient freight transportation solutions to our customers.
