Job Summary: We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to maintain and acquire customers, conduct active and reactive sales, analyze performance indicators, and carry out commercial negotiations. Main Responsibilities: * Maintain the customer portfolio; * Retain and acquire new customers; * Conduct active and reactive sales; * Analyze performance indicators using reports; * Carry out commercial negotiations and apply pricing tables. Requirements: * Strong communication skills and focus on results; * Ability to work effectively with targets and productivity; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Education: * Completed High School. Work Location: Nova Santa Rita – RS Candidates from Nova Santa Rita and Canoas are preferred. Working Hours (Day Shift): * Monday to Thursday: 08:00–12:00 | 13:00–18:00 * Friday: 08:00–12:00 | 13:00–17:00 Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance (paid in cash) * On-site parking * On-site cafeteria Join our team!
