Description: * Completed high school education * Experience in sales * Availability to work flexible hours * Availability to work on weekends and holidays * Provide customer service in a humane manner; * Promote the sale of products and services, and provide guidance; * Offer complementary products to facilitate additional sales, prioritizing full customer satisfaction; * Address customer inquiries, seeking the pharmacist’s assistance whenever necessary—or when addressing drug side effects and/or interactions; * Inform customers about available payment methods: checks, credit cards, store-issued cards, health insurance plans, and other credit policies adopted by the company; * Prospect new customers through in-store activities or targeted visits, supporting both the “Easy Credit” system and health insurance plans; * Process merchandise exchanges for customers, with supervisor authorization, adhering to specific policies; * Assist in recording customer data and retain medical prescriptions for controlled medications; * Enforce regulations governing the dispensing of medical prescriptions; in case of doubt regarding any prescription (handwriting legibility, dosage, administration instructions, product unavailability in the market, or discrepancies with ANVISA Ordinance No. 344), only proceed after consulting the prescribing physician and under pharmacist supervision; * Display merchandise attractively at strategic points of sale; * Attach price labels to products and/or displays at points of sale; * Assist in receiving and dispatching merchandise; * Receive, verify, and display merchandise in designated locations; * Restock merchandise on displays while maintaining sector organization within the store; * Comply with store layout standards and product placement guidelines; * Prepare promotional price posters and update pricing, when authorized; * Attend meetings, courses, and training sessions for personal and professional development, and stay informed about company policy updates or new regulations issued by regulatory agencies; * Actively participate in overall workplace organization, keeping it clean and orderly; * Conduct physical inventory counts for balance sheet purposes and verify product expiration dates, when requested; * Organize shopping baskets so customers can place selected items from the cosmetics and hygiene departments. 2512140202201920465
