Monitor operational training, records, evaluations, and communications related to positions and salaries. Drive internal empowerment and dissemination of the culture of opportunities. Promote and monitor internal development. Serve as the interface between the company and service providers (e.g., transportation, cafeteria, health insurance, etc.). Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Consultant, Human Resources Coordinator, or Human Resources Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
