Manage complex import and export container operations, lead teams, and ensure compliance and optimization.

Container Supervisor
* Manage **import and export container operations**, from booking through delivery/return.
* Plan and control **operational windows**, deadlines, free time, demurrage, and detention.
* Monitor and optimize **flows at ports, terminals, warehouses, and road transportation**.
* Ensure compliance with **customs legislation, port regulations, and foreign trade requirements**.
* Track **operational KPIs** (SLA, OTIF, lead time, cost per container, damages, productivity).
* Manage **costs**, negotiate with suppliers, and control budgeting.
* Lead operational and administrative teams, promoting a culture of **safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement**.
* Direct interface with **customers**, ensuring clear communication, incident management, and focus on satisfaction and new revenue generation (commercial).
* Implement process improvements, automation, and system utilization (TMS, ERP, Portals).
* Manage operational risks, contingencies, and corrective action plans for deviations.
* Strong involvement in **third-party and aggregator market management**, including:
* Prospecting, qualification, and management of carrier partners
* Freight and contract negotiations
* Performance assurance, compliance, and safety
### **Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience required.**
* Bachelor's degree in **Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields**.
* Proven experience in **container operations within freight forwarders or shipping lines**.
* Solid knowledge of:
* Port and customs procedures
* Demurrage, detention, and free time
* Incoterms
* Road transportation
* Experience in **team management and operational performance indicators**.
* Intermediate or advanced English (preferred).
