Monitor employee performance, delivering structured feedback and continuous guidance. Ensure service quality delivered to customers. Provide direct customer service with a focus on agile issue resolution. Conduct technical visits and on-site follow-ups at client locations. Manage shift schedules, planning, and operational organization. Support recruitment, selection, and team development processes. Prepare and present managerial and operational reports. Engage across communication channels (telephone, e\-mail, WhatsApp, and social media). Previous experience as an Operational Supervisor, Operations Manager, Team Leader, or Logistics Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
