Job Summary: Provide specialized support for the BI and Controlling modules of the CIGAM ERP, analyzing information and identifying inconsistencies to enable strategic data management. Participation in the evolution of CIGAM solutions Provide specialized support for the **BI and Controlling modules of the CIGAM ERP**, assisting customers in analyzing information, identifying inconsistencies, and strategically utilizing data for management. The professional will be responsible for **investigating scenarios, analyzing database data, understanding business processes, and supporting customers in correctly using BI and controlling tools**, while also contributing improvement suggestions for documentation, training, and product. This position maintains a **continuous interface with Product, Implementation, and Support teams**, contributing to the ongoing evolution of the ERP and delivering value to customers.
