Job Summary:
An HR professional to manage recruitment, selection, personnel administration, time tracking, benefits, payroll, and labor proceedings, as well as conduct internal marketing.

**Responsibilities:** Recruitment and selection; Employee onboarding and offboarding; Integration of new employees; Time card monitoring and adjustments; Benefits administration; Submission of payroll-related information to accounting and verification; Distribution of payroll to employees; Monitoring and receipt of invoices from MEI/PJ employees; Tracking expiration dates of periodic medical examinations, job function changes, and scheduling appointments with clinics; Monitoring and evaluation of employment contract expirations; Issuing and enforcing disciplinary actions (warnings/suspensions); Managing meal services and cafeteria operations; Internal marketing; Vacation management; Uniform management; Holiday management for compiling and approving shift swaps; Reporting and presenting departmental KPIs to senior management; Monitoring and filing labor proceedings; Job description and salary structuring processes; Maintaining partnerships with SESI and SENAI for campaigns and training programs; Monitoring expiration dates of PPRA and PGR reports, and verifying their contents; Monitoring ISO-related processes;
**Requirements:** Proven, solid experience in the field; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or currently pursuing one;
**Salary:** R$ 5.500,00 + Health and dental insurance + Life insurance + Cafeteria + Attendance bonus
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:42 AM to 11:50 AM / 1:00 PM to 5:40 PM
