




Job Summary: This professional will manage the parts shipping process and monitor scheduling, updating systems and controlling raw materials. Key Highlights: 1. Perform medium-complexity tasks, seeking process improvements. 2. Control parts scheduling and raw material consumption. 3. Support administrative services and monitor purchase requests. Arrange and monitor the parts shipping process based on received scheduling, as well as parts sold to third parties. * Perform medium-complexity tasks under occasional guidance, identifying opportunities for improvement in assigned processes. * Receive and control parts scheduling, entering data into the information system and performing required updates as parts are shipped, based on production reports. * Update production scheduling data for the São Leopoldo unit according to information from the headquarters, aiming to meet corresponding demand. * Report daily production and scheduling status to headquarters by issuing a demonstrative document, based on information received or updated during the process. * Register product structure items in the information system using the ICP (Product Registration Information) document for use in related movement controls and monitoring. * Participate in controlling raw materials used in the firearms factory by entering consumption data into the system via corresponding raw material requisitions issued for the period. * Collect and organize information regarding production and raw material consumption related to the firearms factory, based on area records and verifications, as requested. * Register firearms factory parts and services—including MIM—except maintenance, as requested by involved personnel, to initiate purchase request issuance. * Enter purchase and service requests into the information system as requested by involved departments according to needs. * Monitor deadlines, quantities, and delivery dates of issued purchase requests by entering data into a control spreadsheet, gathering information from the respective supplier and company departments. * Procure direct-application and low-value materials by issuing requisitions and forwarding them to the PCP department for use by the company driver. * Support administrative services in the area, such as: filing, spreadsheets, overtime bank reports, vacation reports, office supplies, and others. Desirable ongoing higher education in: Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management Processes, Quality Management; Relevant experience is a plus.
