We are looking for a **Store Assistant (Temporary Christmas Position)** to join our outstanding Renner Stores team! The **Store Assistant's** mission is to place the customer first—both in sales and in completing transactions—with full commitment to exceeding their needs and delivering effective solutions that surprise and delight them. **Attention: This is a temporary Christmas position.** **Responsibilities and duties** * Delight customers throughout the sales process, providing assistance whenever needed; * Support customers during checkout; * Handle cash receipts, perform cash register opening and closing procedures; * Offer financial services such as credit cards and installment plans; * Process returns and exchanges; * Perform daily restocking and organization tasks within the department; * Assist with labeling products—including pricing and SKU tags—in inventory; * Assist customers in fitting rooms; * Organize sales areas and window displays according to merchandising standards; * Encourage customers leaving the store to share feedback on their experience via the “Encantômetro”; * Provide general public service. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Enjoy working with the public; * Passion for fashion; **Attention: This is a temporary position!** **Additional information** **And what benefits do we offer?** **To make your daily life easier:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher (VR); What delights you?
