The professional will be responsible for conducting operational activities, monitoring the production process, and ensuring proper equipment functionality, in compliance with the company’s safety and quality standards. **Working Hours** * **Night Shift:** from **10:40 PM to 6:00 AM** * **Schedule:** 6x2 (six working days followed by two days off) * Full availability for this and other shifts, as required by the company, is mandatory. Responsibilities and Duties * Operate and supervise the biodiesel **pretreatment and transesterification** production process. * Perform **monitoring of operational parameters**, and make adjustments as required by the process. * Carry out **packaging** routines, ensuring standardization and control of the final product. * Operate and adjust **pressure-relief valves** and flow control systems. * Perform **autonomous maintenance**, inspections, and operational checklists. * Carry out tasks in **confined spaces and at height**, as required by operations. * Perform **cleaning and organization of the work area**, ensuring safe and appropriate working conditions. * Identify process deviations and take corrective actions, ensuring operational stability and safety. * Strictly comply with **Safety, Environment, and Quality** regulations. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed or ongoing technical education in **Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Petrochemistry**, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of **continuous industrial processes**. * Familiarity with **packaging, pressurized systems, and industrial valves**. * Availability to work **night shifts**. * Aptitude for tasks in **confined spaces and at height**. Desirable Requirements * Experience in **chemical, petrochemical, biodiesel, or agro-industrial plants**. * Experience operating industrial plants. * Knowledge of regulations such as **NR33 and NR35** is a plus. * Attentive, responsible profile with strong process analysis capability.
