Job Summary: This operational role will assist in drilling processes, equipment mobilization and demobilization, work area maintenance, and safety, following internal protocols. Key Highlights: 1. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, from 07:00 to 17:00; Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00 **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Assist in performing standard drilling processes across various drilling typologies in the field; Perform mobilization (allocation) and demobilization of equipment, tools, living-area items (when applicable), and drilling sites, focusing on careful handling to avoid equipment damage; Support the team as needed throughout all field processes and activities; Perform trail opening, brush clearing, and weeding to establish access routes for personnel and equipment/tools; Conduct inspections to ensure equipment remains free of defects; Maintain the work area clean and organized (equipment and tools) and free of any obstructions; Follow internal company and client protocols; Perform all activities with a focus on safety, applying all safety procedures and collective and individual protective equipment. **Requirements:** Incomplete elementary education – minimum 5th grade / 4th year **Benefits:** Accommodation, Attendance bonus, Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Pharmacy card, Bluefit agreement, Senff card agreement, Bonus, FM2S partnership, Open English partnership, OrienteMe partnership, Optics partnership, SPA partnership, Cruzeiro do Sul University partnership, Life insurance, Transportation, Meal voucher
