




Job Summary: A professional responsible for analyzing, proposing, and implementing improvements in production processes, monitoring performance indicators, and collaborating with teams and executive leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Identify and optimize production processes 2. Work with continuous improvement tools (Lean, Kaizen, 5S) 3. Participate in strategic decisions with the executive board Analyze current production processes, identifying bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for improvement; Propose, develop, and implement optimizations to production methods and processes; Map workflow processes and create technical documentation of changes; Monitor performance indicators and results of implemented improvements; Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality departments; Report directly to the Director and participate in strategic decisions related to process improvement. , Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; Prior experience in methods and processes, preferably in the electronics industry; Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, etc.); Analytical ability, organizational skills, and systemic vision; Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
