**Job Description**
* Plan and execute manufacturing projects for products in production (OFP).
* Conduct DFMA analyses to optimize assembly processes.
* Assess safety and ergonomics risks using the SERA tool and propose action plans.
* Develop and optimize Line Design for productive improvements.
* Implement and monitor engineering changes (ECM).
* Apply root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement methodologies.
**Qualifications**
* **Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or related fields.**
* **Intermediate English proficiency for communication.**
* **Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, 8D, 5W2H, Ishikawa).**
* **Experience in continuous improvement (Pareto, PDCA, Kaizen).**
* **Skill in manufacturing process planning.**
* **Proficiency in AutoCAD, Creo Parametric, and SAP (PP and PDM modules).**
