Conduct proactive customer service via telephone calls. Properly record all interactions in the computerized system. Negotiate and sell company products. Demonstrate product functionality, inform customers about product features and purchasing advantages. Perform tasks related to the routine duties of an Active Telemarketing Operator. Position based in Canoas / RS. Previous experience as a Telemarketing Agent, Telephone Sales Consultant, Call Center Operator, or Sales Representative may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position.
