Working days are scheduled according to operational needs—you may not work every day and may be called upon to cover vacations, absences, days off, etc. Main activities and responsibilities: * Answer customer calls to the call center for inquiries regarding the company’s products and services; * Make outbound calls when necessary; * Complete a log sheet tracking all outgoing and incoming calls; * Redirect incoming calls to the appropriate departments, as needed. Prerequisites: * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word (basic level); * Strong oral and written communication skills; Skills: * Adaptability to interact effectively with customers of diverse profiles; * Active listening skills to fully understand customer needs; * Collaborative mindset to support colleagues in resolving critical situations.
