




The Billing Assistant is responsible for supporting the finance department in managing and monitoring delinquent customers, ensuring organized, courteous, and efficient recovery of the company’s receivables. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Contact customers via telephone, email, WhatsApp, or other channels to negotiate outstanding debts; * Record and update billing information in the system; * Generate and send invoices, payment booklets, and other payment documents; * Monitor due dates and maintain control over outstanding receivables; * Negotiate payment methods in accordance with company policies; * Support the sending of agreements and renegotiation terms; * Refer cases of severe delinquency to administrative or legal action, when necessary; * Prepare billing reports and present results to supervision/management; * Maintain a professional and ethical attitude in customer interactions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in administrative, accounting, or related fields is desirable); * Prior experience in collections or customer service is an advantage; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and results-oriented mindset; * Basic computer knowledge (Office suite, management systems). **Additional Information** * Negotiation ability; * Proactivity; * Courtesy and firmness; * Resilience under pressure; * Commitment and professional ethics.
