Provide telephone support at branches. Serve suppliers, professionals, and customers. Register professional access at branches. Organize and manage mail and motorcycle courier dispatch and receipt. Monitor and respond to Meta Conecta inquiries related to this area. Control supplier payment requests. Monitor necessary facility maintenance at branches. Track requirements for purchasing cleaning supplies, office supplies, and pantry items. Monitor the annual budget spreadsheet as needed. Manage and register professionals in the corporate Uber system. Organize coffee breaks at branches as required. Perform other occasional tasks related to branch administration and administrative process control. **Requirements:** Experience in administrative routines and customer service. Organizational skills for managing processes, documents, and payments. Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks.
