Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Team productivity control (among mechanics and assistants); * Tool control—managing issuance and return flow; * General sector organization; * Profile tracking, when retraining is required; * Assisting with tool purchases and replenishments; * Providing support to the team regarding technical/computer-related needs; * Disseminating circulars, updates, and standards to be followed by the technical team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Must be at least 18 years old; * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Knowledge of administrative areas; * Valid driver’s license category B; category C is a plus; * Clear and objective communication skills; * Must have easy access to São Leopoldo/RS. **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS—THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR EMPLOYEES IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We also offer the traditional benefits you already know.
