The company is seeking an Internal Sales Representative in Novo Hamburgo. **Responsibilities:** Daily prospecting of the target market to identify potential customers via networking, Google, WhatsApp, lead lists provided by the company, and commercial management. Selling the organization's portfolio of products and services. Recording all activities in the CRM with appropriate descriptions to support commercial management and improve sales processes. Updating statuses of visits, proposals, opportunities, complaints, and other commercial activities. Identifying customer needs, preparing commercial proposals, performing follow-up, and monitoring contract formalization. Handling post-sales activities by monitoring product and service usage, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Conducting commercial videoconferences to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities. Delivering basic system training and providing support regarding the use of the organization's portfolio. Utilizing digital communication tools such as WhatsApp, email, telephone, and videoconferencing. Participating in institutional events and initiatives. Position based in Novo Hamburgo / RS. Previous experience as an Internal Sales Consultant, Internal Sales Representative, Sales Assistant, or Internal Account Executive may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
