Conduct quantity takeoffs and technical specifications for budgeting purposes. Develop quotations and negotiate with suppliers to determine cost composition. Prepare technical and commercial proposals for clients. Monitor approved budgets and assist in execution planning. Maintain up-to-date supplier database and material cost records. Previous experience as a Budgeting Engineer, Project Analyst, Structural Designer, or Construction Estimator may indicate suitability for some activities associated with this position.
