Job Summary: Professional to coordinate a team of mechanics, plan maintenance activities, perform diagnostics, and carry out mechanical services on diesel vehicles, ensuring quality and safety. Perform diagnostics and carry out mechanical services **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the mechanical team and assign tasks; * Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance; * Perform diagnostics and carry out mechanical services; * Record maintenance activities in the system and manage materials; * Conduct inspections and ensure service quality; * Train the team and ensure best practices and safety. **Requirements:** * Experience in diesel vehicle maintenance (engine, brakes, suspension, and transmission); * Knowledge of mechanical diagnostics, pneumatic and hydraulic systems; * Experience leading teams; * Proactive, organized profile with a focus on safety; * Strong communication skills and decision-making ability.
