Assistance in problem resolution and task management A recruitment and selection company is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern in São Leopoldo. Diamante Recursos Humanos is a specialized talent acquisition firm offering customized HR solutions tailored to our clients' needs. **Responsibilities:** Conduct training sessions on work instructions for operational staff; monitor service execution to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System; inspect completed services and complete the PIS (Service Inspection Sheet). Manage resolution of pending service issues; support workplace safety in accordance with current regulations. Assist the Site Manager and Engineering Assistant in implementing best practices for waste reduction, financial and environmental resource conservation, organization, and cleanliness. Assist in resolving daily operational problems by reallocating tasks, releasing services, and controlling the quality and quantity of work performed. Position based in São Leopoldo / RS. Prior internships in Production Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role.
