We are seeking an SDR (Sales Development Representative) to join our team in Novo Hamburgo, RS. Key responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting active prospecting, scheduling meetings, and collaborating with the sales team to close new business. The professional will also play a crucial role in mapping opportunities and building consistent relationships with potential customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop copy for commercial, institutional, and educational campaigns. * Create content for marketing emails, landing pages, websites, and communications with event organizers. * Write materials to support the sales team (presentations, proposals, talking points). * Adapt tone and language according to audience (organizer, athlete, partner). * Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams. * Ensure consistency of the Sprinta brand voice. * Translate technical features into clear benefits. * Support feature launches and marketing campaigns. * Performance and Optimization * Test copy variations (A/B testing). * Analyze text performance and propose improvements. * Maintain organized repository of approved copy and standard messages. * Copywriting and persuasive writing. **Skills We Seek** * Creativity with strategic focus. * Organization and deadline management. * Business acumen. * Analytical ability. * Storytelling applied to business. * Basic SEO. * Familiarity with digital marketing and conversion principles.
