Organization and control of retail routines **Reporting to the Franchisee, your responsibilities will include:** Responsible for the store's administrative and commercial operations; Responsible for engaging the staff team to achieve goals and results; Responsible for organizing and controlling administrative routines, such as cash closing, billing, and performance indicators aligned with organizational objectives; Plan, organize, and control retail commerce routines, including team leadership and development, merchandise arrangement, inventory management, and purchase planning. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields; Experience as a retail store manager, preferably in an auto center; Onboarding of new employees; Basic knowledge of administration and personnel management; Ability to work effectively in a team; Proficiency in Excel is desirable; Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity.
