Experience Thermoplastic material processing using single-screw and twin-screw extruders, mono-layer and multi-layer film extrusion, and injection molding. Elastomeric material processing using calenders, presses, dry blend, autoclaves, thermokinetic mixers, and internal mixers. Knowledge Process adjustment for thermoplastic and elastomeric materials. Knowledge of thermoplastic and elastomer formulations. Understanding of processing equipment operation and basic maintenance concepts. Responsibilities Support and advise internal and external clients and suppliers. Prepare and issue reports, proposals, quotations, certificates, technical assessments, opinions, correspondence, texts, and documents related to the area. Provide technical and technological services in accordance with applicable technical standards and available technologies. Design, develop, execute, and monitor projects, research, policies, programs, and events within the field of expertise, either independently or in collaboration with public, private, national, or international institutions. Participate in the development, implementation, and updating of technical and administrative standards, institutional materials, procedure manuals, and operational processes within the area of expertise. Participate in planning, budgeting, and team management processes within the area of expertise, either independently or in collaboration with other departments. Prepare and deliver training programs related to the area of expertise, either independently or in collaboration with other departments. Monitor and advise on legislation applicable to the area. Manage inventory of materials within the area. Identify problems and propose improvement solutions. Support and advise internal and external clients and suppliers.
