ONWARD TO 2154! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the company’s management cycle processes; * Assist in organizing the annual goal-setting process for managers; * Update and monitor performance indicators monthly via the management system; * Maintain up-to-date dashboards and company performance reports; * Assist in preparing materials for monthly performance review meetings and management rituals; * Support weekly and monthly economic\-financial analysis of the business unit; * Support the development of executive analyses and materials to aid decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; * Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and interest in management and performance topics. **Additional Information** **Meals** Meal Allowance / Food Voucher – Flexible card usable for meals or food, based on working days. **Well-being** ZZ in Balance Program – A well-being program covering emotional health, nutrition, physical activity, education, finance, and partner benefits.
