Job Summary: A professional to assist in preparing documents, monitoring shipments, and communicating with stakeholders in international trade, aiming to optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Assisting in the negotiation of international contracts The company is seeking an International Trade Assistant based in Caxias do Sul. **Responsibilities:** Prepare and verify documents required for import and export processes, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, among others. Monitor shipments from cargo pickup through final delivery to the customer. Maintain communication with suppliers, freight carriers, customs brokers, and other parties involved in the logistics process. Track delivery deadlines, costs, and other information related to import and export operations. Register foreign trade transactions in the company's information systems and relevant government agencies. Assist in negotiating international purchase and sales contracts to secure optimal terms for the company.
