Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Receptionist to handle customer service, suite control, cash register operations, and inventory management at a motel. Key Highlights: 1. We currently have an opening for a **\*Receptionist**\* at our **\*Camelot by Drops**\* unit. If you are a dedicated and proactive individual, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for! **\*Responsibilities:**\* Customer service via telephone and intercom; suite cleaning control, key issuance, and kitchen order processing; check-out control, billing, and cash register operations; inventory control and receipt of goods. **\*Requirements:**\* Experience in customer service or reception (preferred); strong communication and organizational skills; proficiency with management systems (advantageous); financial control and cash handling skills (preferred); availability for rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night); commitment to punctuality and service quality. **\*We Offer:**\* \*Fixed Salary: R$ 1\.650,00 (R$1900,00 after probation) \+ Cash float bonus 10% \+ Tip 2% \*Food Allowance after **3 months: R$ 200,00 \*Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance:**\* R$ 300,00 \| **Bike Allowance R$ 100,00 \*Immediate Attendance Bonus (after completing 30 days):**\* R$ 130,00 \*For your well-being, we provide life insurance with comprehensive coverage for **you** and your family. \*Schedule:**\* 6x1 (one day off per week and one Sunday off per month). \*Working Hours:**\* 7 hours and 20 minutes daily; working hours to be coordinated with the manager. \*Loyalty and Incentive Program: Loyalty Bonus based on tenure: 25% of salary in July during the first two years; 50% in the third year; 100% from the fourth year onward.
