Customer support and technical issue resolution STIHL is seeking a professional to serve as an SAP Workload Automation Support Analyst. STIHL Brazil currently offers the Brazilian market a broad range of portable powered tools, available through more than 5,000 sales points nationwide. **Responsibilities:** Includes designing and implementing security policies, managing user access and roles, monitoring user activity, resolving security issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conducting SAP license audits and monitoring license usage. The consultant also provides end-user support and collaborates closely with other teams—including system administrators, developers, and auditors—to ensure overall SAP system security and integrity. **Activities:** Working with SAP cybersecurity solutions, with emphasis on cloud (public or private) and on\-premise environments; Engaging in projects with major clients in Brazil and Latin America; Participating in configuration and integration projects involving IAG with: Access Control, S/4HANA Cloud, Ariba, SuccessFactors, SAP Sales Cloud (CX), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Fieldglass, and Concur; Participating in a global project as S/4HANA Security Administrator, responsible for designing the role and profile mapping model, granting access, and resolving authorization issues; Delivering projects following the SAP ACTIVATE methodology; Creating and facilitating workshops in English, Portuguese, and Spanish; Providing post go\-live customer support; Executing unit and integration testing; Supporting SAP GRC applications—Process Control (PC), Risk Management (RM), Audit Management (AUD), and Access Control (AC); Replicating technical scenarios; Troubleshooting via debugging and/or log and table analysis; Researching and recommending correction notes (SAP Notes) from the repository; Customer support via ServiceNow; Creating and administering Wiki pages and KBAs (Knowledge Base Articles). **Requirements:** Fluent English; Completed degree in IT-related fields. **Benefits:** Medical Assistance \- Unimed Health Plan; Dental Assistance \- Uniodonto; Transportation Allowance \- Chartered Transport; Others \- Life Insurance, Profit Sharing (1 to 2.5 monthly salaries), Education Incentive, On-site Parking; **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:18.
