Job Summary: We are seeking a finance professional to structure and optimize the financial cycle, manage treasury and working capital, and develop the team. Key Highlights: 1. GPTW-certified company experiencing continuous growth **What We Are Looking For?** **Main Responsibilities:** Structure and optimize the financial cycle: accounts payable, accounts receivable, and working capital; Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making — scenarios, forecasts, profitability analysis; Analyze variances between planned and actual cash flow and propose corrective actions; Ensure visibility and control over daily, weekly, and projected cash flow; Identify opportunities to improve liquidity management and reduce financial costs; Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions; Approve payments, fund redemptions, and fund applications; Monitor covenants and financial obligations with creditors and shareholders; Control the department’s budget; Create and analyze financial reports for executive management and advisory board; Propose and implement processes, controls, and tools to enhance the department’s technical capabilities; Develop the finance team **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting * Proficiency in treasury: cash management, working capital, and banking relationships * Experience in FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis * Experience with capital structure: debt raising, participation in investment rounds, investor relations * Experience with funding procurement from development agencies (FINEP, BRDE, BNDES, or similar) * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency **Preferred Qualifications:** * MBA or postgraduate degree in Finance is a plus * Experience in technology companies, SaaS firms, or startups — understanding sector-specific metrics and dynamics * Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI or similar) * Knowledge of incentive-based funding programs (FINEP, BRDE, Lei do Bem) * Experience in M&A operations — financial due diligence, valuation modeling, and post-merger integration **Work Location:** Hybrid — 1 day per week onsite in São Leopoldo/RS **Why Build Your Career at Meta?** We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic, challenging environment where professionals have the opportunity to interact with diverse technologies, participate in all types of projects, bring new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil — and why not, the world.
