Record support cases and incidents in the internal ticketing system. Prepare simple technical reports on completed support activities. Previous experience as Technical Assistant, Maintenance Assistant, Support Technician, or Engineering Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
