




**Administrative Assistant (Direct Sales)** The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the company’s operational and administrative activities, ensuring the organization and smooth functioning of internal processes. They work across various areas—including finance, HR, procurement, customer service, among others—as required by the department. Key Responsibilities: * Perform administrative routines such as document control, scheduling, filing, and information organization; * Provide support to internal departments in completing spreadsheets, reports, and system entries; * Handle telephone, email, and in-person communication with internal and external clients; * Assist in procurement processes, material control, and service requests; * Support accounts payable and receivable management, invoice issuance, and system entries; * Monitor and organize team or departmental calendars, meetings, and appointments; * Meet deadlines and follow company-established procedures. Requirements: * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields are desirable); * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work effectively in teams and manage multiple tasks.
