We offer customized solutions to meet our clients' human resources needs. **Responsibilities:** Providing customer service and support through various communication channels, assisting in controlling, organizing, and updating the customer database. Liaising with internal departments and partners for verification and validation of financial information. Supporting administrative routines related to contracts and guarantees, as well as monitoring operational processes and recording information in the partner bank's internal systems. Assisting in billing entries for contractual reimbursements, as well as entering and updating financial instruments and records in the management system. Providing general support to finance department activities. Position located in São Leopoldo / RS. Previous internships in Finance, Accounting, Financial Analysis, or Controller roles may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program.
