Job Summary: Design Assistant to support the creation and development of brand visual materials, including labels, packaging, digital assets, and image editing. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for learning and proactive design work **BM VAGAS, in partnership with a cosmetics manufacturer, is seeking a DESIGN ASSISTANT in Novo Hamburgo/RS** Responsibilities: Assist in creating and developing brand visual materials; Support in designing labels, packaging, boxes, and general graphic materials; Image editing and photo retouching for use in catalogs, e-commerce, and social media; Development of digital assets for Instagram, Stories, banners, and paid ads; Collaboration with the marketing team to standardize the brand’s visual identity; Organization and updating of design files and mockups; Assistance in reviewing texts and layouts prior to production and printing; Monitoring the graphic production process to ensure final output meets the company’s quality standards. Requirements: Basic knowledge of design and social media is preferred; Proficiency in design software; Familiarity with visual identity and branding. Skills: Creativity and attention to detail; Strong communication and teamwork abilities; Organization and adherence to deadlines; Proactivity and eagerness to learn. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (lunch break)
