Job Summary:
A professional responsible for preparing meals according to the nutritional menu, ensuring hygiene, inventory control, and food safety, with emphasis on specific diets and teamwork.

3. Maintain kitchen and workplace hygiene
* Prepare meals according to the menu designed by the nutritionist, accommodating specific diets (standard, soft, pureed, liquid, etc.);
* Perform food pre-preparation and cooking, observing proper handling and preservation techniques;
* Follow nutritional guidelines regarding portion size, consistency, and dietary restrictions for elderly individuals;
* Maintain hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and workplace;
* Monitor food inventory and report replenishment needs;
* Prevent waste and record clean leftovers and discards;
* Ensure all meals are served at scheduled times;
* Properly wear uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);
* Work collaboratively, maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and other departments;
* Comply with internal institutional regulations and food safety procedures established by health surveillance;
* Working hours: 7:00 AM to 1:15 PM or 1:00 PM to 7:15 PM, Monday through Friday, plus 12-hour weekend shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Salary: R$2.136,00 - R$2.440,00 per month
