Your daily routine will include: * Executing procurement processes according to defined procedures; * Conducting critical analysis of processes to implement improvements; * Performing critical analyses of suppliers’ commercial proposals; * Proactively developing suppliers to achieve better results for the company; * Verifying documents and invoices; * Analyzing and monitoring contracts and their expiration dates; * Supporting and tracking departmental performance indicators. Required Qualifications: * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields; * Knowledge of the TOTVS system and procurement processes; * Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
