




Job Summary: Professional responsible for greeting customers, conducting sales, managing cash handling and fleet operations, with emphasis on customer service and operational organization. Comprehensive customer support throughout the rental experience Responsibilities and Duties: Greet customers at stores, clarify doubts, and strive to exceed their needs and expectations. Sell additional services offered by the company. Perform cash register opening and closing procedures. Be responsible for guiding and delivering the vehicle to the customer, providing support and information regarding the use of services, equipment, and accessories of the rented vehicle. Verify and monitor reservations in the system to organize vehicle availability and reduce fleet idle time. Identify and register customers on-site and in the system, verifying and cross-checking required documents. Create, modify, replace, and close contracts in the system and/or ad hoc contracts. Classify, separate, organize, and forward documentation related to rental processes to the store’s administrative departments. Assist in guiding the vehicle during customer pickup and return. Assist in transferring vehicles between stores and fuel stations or other service providers. Generate service orders necessary to ensure vehicle availability for store operations and customer service. Support vehicle fleet inspections, indicating availability/unavailability status, and assist in dispatching vehicles for maintenance procedures. Assist in executing procedures for receiving new vehicles and all necessary actions to make them available for rental. Occasionally deliver and receive rented vehicles, performing inspection procedures (check\-list). Requirements and Qualifications: Completed high school education; Valid and permanent driver's license (category B); Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience in customer service (retail experience is a plus). ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Availability to work on a 6-day-on/1-day-off rotating schedule; Fixed salary \+ commission.
