Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Cleaning Assistant to perform cleaning and sanitization tasks, linen replacement, and order delivery at our accommodation unit. If you are committed and proactive, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for! \*Responsibilities:\* Cleaning and sanitizing suites, bathrooms, utensils, hallways, and kitchen; Linen replacement and consumption verification; Delivering menu orders to suites; \*Requirements:\* Previous experience in cleaning or related activities (preferred but not mandatory); Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well; Availability to rotate between morning/afternoon and night shifts; Commitment to hygiene and safety standards and procedures; \*We Offer:\* \*Fixed Salary\*: BRL 1,574.00 (BRL 1,630.00 after probation period) \+ 40% Hazard Pay \+ 2% Tips \*Meal Allowance after 3 months:\* BRL 200.00 \*Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance\*: BRL 300.00 \| Bike Allowance: BRL 100.00 \*Immediate Attendance Bonus (after completing 30 days)\*: BRL 130.00 * Work Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (one weekly day off plus one Sunday off per month). * Loyalty and Incentive Program: Tenure-based Loyalty Bonus: 25% of salary in July during the first two years; 50% in the third year; 100% starting from the fourth year.
