Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and operating physical security systems to ensure compliance with regulations and timely response to incidents within the industrial park. Key Responsibilities: 1. Camera and security system monitoring 2. Security incident response and registration 3. Security equipment maintenance and organization * Evaluate, comply with, and enforce physical security regulations among all employees as stipulated; * Monitor images generated by strategically placed security cameras across the industrial park from the operations center to identify incidents; * Report observed incidents from the operations center to physical security personnel and simultaneously notify the involved department so that joint measures may be taken; * Support incident response through security camera monitoring, radio communication, telephone, and other means as required; * Respond to alarms triggered at the alarm control center located in the operations center, identify the alarm source, and notify both the affected area and physical security personnel; * Deactivate and reactivate alarms after incident resolution, including those related to fire, temperature, humidity, and other cases; * Respond to gatehouse requests to activate or deactivate the presence sensor installed on the factory’s exterior, considering guard patrols while ensuring the system remains active; * Operate radio transmitters and answer telephone calls, requesting assistance from Fire Department, Police, and Hospitals when necessary due to incidents; * Record incidents occurring during the shift, noting irregularities, authorizations, and permissions for review by the lead security guard; * Maintain radio system functionality by charging batteries and distributing equipment to fellow team members; * Organize and maintain security-related records, such as material entry/exit logs, contractor records, visitor registration sheets, and others; * Adhere to company occupational safety regulations and monitor their implementation; * Comply with specifications outlined in quality documentation; * Participate in corporate development programs as requested; * Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness of machinery, equipment, and work environment; support colleagues in the security area (security guards, watchmen, administrative assistants), reporting to the lead security guard.
