Analyze data and prepare managerial reports Nova Santa Rita \- RS On-site 1 Position Effective \- CLT Analyst Full time Responsibilities: Business Analyst: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, focused on analysis, modeling, and improvement of business processes, with prior work in the transportation or logistics sector. Projects and implementation of systems: ERP, TMS, WMS Data analysis and preparation of managerial reports. Skills: Ability to map, analyze, and model business processes, Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, use cases, user stories Knowledge of conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis Proficiency in business process modeling tools (Bizagi, Visio) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) Understanding of transportation-specific business processes (route planning, fleet management, distribution logistics) Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various company departments, suppliers, and clients Strong analytical capability Systemic thinking Results-oriented Our company values professionals who continuously seek improvement and are willing to learn and adapt to the market’s ever-changing demands.
