**Description:** Conduct quotations, negotiations, and procurement of direct and indirect materials, both domestic and imported; Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to foster long-term partnerships and continuous improvement; Analyze commercial proposals considering total cost of acquisition, delivery timelines, and quality; Issue purchase orders in the ERP system and monitor them through delivery, inspection, and payment; Monitor departmental KPIs (e.g., cost savings generated, lead time, supplier service level); Perform supplier qualification and periodic evaluations to ensure compliance with applicable standards; Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Production Planning & Control (PCP), Maintenance, Quality, and Warehousing to align technical requirements; Support new product development processes by identifying more viable supply alternatives; Ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures, ISO standards, and audit requirements; Conduct quotations and procure parts, components, materials, and technical services for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of equipment and facilities; Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize production downtime; Negotiate with specialized suppliers, considering immediate availability, quality, and technical support; Prioritize unplanned maintenance orders according to criticality levels defined by the Maintenance Planning & Control department; Support the Maintenance Planning & Control team in gathering technical data, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate procurement; Develop and maintain an up-to-date registry of maintenance suppliers and critical items; Negotiate preventive and corrective maintenance contracts with service providers, ensuring warranties and favorable commercial terms; Monitor delivery of parts and execution of contracted technical services to guarantee compliance with scope; Work closely with Warehousing and Maintenance Planning & Control to manage minimum stock levels of maintenance items; Support cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives in the maintenance area by proposing more technically viable alternatives; Use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately and ensure its proper maintenance; Keep the workplace clean and organized; Perform related tasks as required by the company; Comply with and uphold adherence to the Internal Regulations, Internal Policies, and Company Quality Standards, ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with established organizational guidelines, procedures, and standards. **Remarks on remuneration:** Not disclosed
