Analyze tender documents, annexes, terms of reference, and official spreadsheets, identifying risks, requirements, and evaluation criteria. Interpret requests from private companies, understanding scope, needs, and commercial parameters. Develop cost spreadsheets and proposals using advanced Excel, ensuring data accuracy. Request, negotiate, and consolidate supplier quotations for price composition, among other duties related to the position. Previous experience as a Budget Analyst, Cost Engineer, Budget Specialist, or Planning Engineer may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
