Job Summary: A Billing Clerk responsible for issuing and analyzing fiscal documents, billing orders, and supporting departments, ensuring legal compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Issuance and analysis of electronic invoices (NF-e) and other fiscal documents. 2. Billing of orders according to commercial and fiscal rules. 3. Support for sales, finance, and logistics departments. The company is seeking a Billing Clerk in Novo Hamburgo. **Responsibilities:** Issue electronic invoices (NF-e), shipping invoices, return invoices, and other fiscal documents. Bill orders according to commercial and fiscal rules. Verify sales orders, CFOP codes, CST codes, NCM codes, tax classifications, and other fiscal information. Analyze and validate fiscal documents to ensure compliance with current tax legislation. Monitor and control the delivery of XML files and DANFEs to customers. Assist in managing billing reports and monthly closing processes. Provide support to sales, finance, and logistics departments as needed. Previous experience as a Billing Analyst, Billing Assistant, Billing Coordinator, or Billing Specialist may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. Bachelor's degree required.
