Continuous technical development of the team **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the team’s technical reference, supporting resolution of complex problems and decision-making related to system architecture and design. * Define, evolve, and sustain application architecture, promoting best practices in software engineering, scalability, and maintainability. * Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, standardization, and adherence to defined technical criteria. * Facilitate communication between the development team and other company departments, collaborating with Product Managers, UX Designers, and other stakeholders. * Actively participate in sprint planning, contributing to priority definition, effort estimation, and clear deadline setting together with the Product Manager. * Implement and enhance quality practices, such as automated testing and CI/CD pipelines. * Support the team’s continuous technical development and ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon acceptance criteria. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js. * Strong knowledge of Git, preferably using GitHub. * Practical experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD). * Experience using relational and non-relational databases. * Habit of writing unit and integration tests. * Experience with Continuous Deployment and continuous delivery pipelines. * Knowledge and use of Docker for application containerization. * Experience consuming APIs using JavaScript. * Ability to transform open-ended or ambiguous requirements into well-defined technical solutions. * Experience with Google Cloud Platform, especially Cloud Run. * In-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/4, and web design principles. * Knowledge of SEO. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience serving as a Staff-level technical reference for teams. * Experience in startup environments or rapidly growing companies. * Experience with observability, monitoring, and performance best practices. * Knowledge of scalable and distributed application architecture. * Strong communication skills and collaborative ability with product and business areas. ### **Our Benefits** * Remote work model * Caju benefits card: VR * Health insurance with no co-payment * Dental insurance with no co-payment * Childcare allowance * Extended maternity and paternity leave * Wellhub
